Beautiful atmosphere
Very beautiful funeral home and very helpful in the beginning... However, I was very upset that when an incident occurred disrupting the burial and rather than just giving us the information and keeping us in the loop on what's happening, the gentleman handling the arrangements was very rude and constantly defensive! I mentioned a problem I had with the cemetery and the response I got in return was "that's the cemeteries problem not mine". I'll admit it was a rough day and I may have had a bit of an attitude but I would never have expected a response like that; I know I would never have handled things the way they have. If you ask me take your money somewhere else, but I hope I just caught this man on a rough day and no one else has to deal with the stress and frustration they have caused me.
